Russian soprano Anna Gorbachyova has won First Prize and the Audience prize at the International Singing Competition for Baroque Opera Pietro Antonio Cesti in Innsbruck, Austria.
This prestigious competition, now in its 34th year, is regarded as one of the highlights of the Austrian cultural calendar, and attracted some 60 competitors from 19 countries across the globe.
Anna has just completed her Masters studies at the Royal College of Music, where she studied with Rosa Mannion.
