Booking

Supersonix is a new style of conference and we want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to engage in the sonic conversation. To that end, we have created tiers of Supersonix conference pass with three associated pricing structures:

  • Standard rate (academics, SLSA members and general delegates)
  • Half rate (staff at Exhibition Road Cultural Group member organisations, freelance artists)
  • Concessionary rate (students, senior citizens and others in receipt of benefits)

Proof of status (student ID, staff pass etc) will be required to claim half or concessionary rates when collecting passes at the conference. Bookings must be made in advance on the Supersonix website. PLEASE NOTE: the prices listed below are for early bookings and will rise by 25 per cent from Monday 2 April 2012.

Cancellation policy:
Within three months – full refund minus £25 administrative fee
Within six weeks – 50 per cent of conference fee
Within one month – full delegate fee due

A limited number of tickets will be made available to the public for single events throughout the Supersonix conference, priced at £10. These will be released from March 2012. Please refer to the regular updates here and our other social media platforms.
